Private Wealth Management
Understanding Your Life, Your Wealth & What You Want To Accomplish Is How We Work Together.
We work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and select foundations and endowments to develop wealth and investment management strategies. We then identify investment opportunities to help them reach their objectives. We complement these services with robust execution capabilities and attentive client service.
At TFR Wealth Management, we take time to understand our client’s goals. We account for each client's lifestyle objectives and attitude toward risk, as we develop a unique and suitable wealth management plan. We offer strategic and tactical asset allocation and provide a range of investment solutions including cash, fixed income, equities, and alternative investments.
Through it all, we offer attentive service and personal counsel. And as a client’s goals change, we can adjust his or her wealth management plan accordingly.

Financial Planning
Financial planning is about three key things: finding out where you stand financially, naming your personal financial goals, and creating a plan to reach those goals. A comprehensive financial plan reflects your life’s journey and integrates with your personal, business, and financial life.
- Retirement Planning
- College Planning
- Liability Analysis
- Cash Flow Analysis and Projection
- Multi-Scenario Analysis

Asset Allocation & Portfolio Management
TFR is a full-service asset manager providing investment advisory services to individual investors, and sub-advisory services to financial Advisors. We offer a comprehensive range of active and passive investment strategies across across traditional and alternative asset classes.
Asset allocation involves dividing an investment portfolio among different asset classes in hopes of achieving a desired return profile. The process of determining which mix of assets to hold in your portfolio is a very personal one. We will work closely with you to develop an asset allocation policy that reflects your unique time horizon and ability to tolerate risk.

Holdings & Performance Analysis
For private investors, the performance of their investments may determine whether they will enjoy a comfortable retirement, whether they will have enough money to send their children to university, or whether they can leave an enduring legacy for future generations. Likewise, endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors want to monitor the performance of their investments to ensure that the assets will be sufficient to meet their needs.
Both want to understand how their investments have performed relative to familiar and relevant financial market benchmarks. Some may even want to know whether the past performance was the result of skill, luck, closet indexing, or perhaps excessive risk-taking.
At TFR, we conduct routine relative and absolute return analysis on our strategies. We also perform holdings and return based analysis of portfolios we do not manage to help clients understand their asset allocation and the source of their risk and return.

Investment Risk Management
All investments carry some degree of risk. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds can lose value, even all their value, if market conditions sour. Even conservative, insured investments, such as certificates of deposit (CDs) issued by a bank or credit union, come with inflation risk.
We take inventory of the various risks that are unique to each client and develop strategies that aim to diversify risk exposure and reduce portfolio volatility.

Concentrated Stock Management
Executives and employees of public companies often accumulate company stock over the course of their careers. Some investors often obtain concentrated positions through inheritance, gift, or a liquidity event from an entrepreneurial success.
All concentrated stock owners will eventually face a similar dilemma. They will be forced to consider the following complex issues:
- What are the tax costs of selling vs the benefits of diversification?
- If I sell, how much should I sell, and should I gradually sell or sell immediately?
- What are my alternatives to divesting?
The answers to these difficult questions are unique to each client. Let us walk you through various scenarios and help you make an informed decision.
